Designation: IT Support Engineer

Location: Juhu & Kharghar Navi Mumbai

Our company is involved in providing corporate services in different areas. Our company is a 30yrs old established company, with a team size of approximately 1000 persons, promoted by experienced professionals & working with number of well-known company.

Job Responsibilities:

• It Support staff for providing any technical assistance and support related to computer system, software and hardware.
• Hardware troubleshooting of Desktops/laptops/servers/printers and another it Equipment.
• Installation and configuration of windows/Linux and other software application installations.
• Manage and Maintain hardware & Software inventory of organization
• Configure and manage desktop/Laptop, Networks and Printers.
• Managing devices like LCD, Projectors, UPSs, and Video Conferencing equipment's.
• Managing Annual Maintenance contracts, Call logging & follow-ups.
• Any other duties assigned by the reporting officer from time to time.

Designation: IT Support Engineer

Experience: 1 year to 2 years (Freshers also will do)

Qualifications: BCA or B.Sc. in Computer Science or IT with Certificate Course in Hardware & Networking from Recognized Institutions. OR

Diploma Engineering in Computer Science/Electronics/IT with One Year of Post Qualification Experience OR

Any Graduation with Certificate Course in Hardware & Networking from Govt. Recognized Institute with at least 2yreas of Post Qualification Experience.

Working Days: Mon to Fri

Office Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
