Job Title: Territory Sales Executive – Jammu & Kashmir

Job Description:

1. New Mechanic/ Re-borers addition to program/ Engine Experts Program

2. Increase Active (Purchased) T and Engine Experts

3. Organize BTL activities as Uphaar Mela, Mechanic meets, Surveyor meet, Re-borers meet, key account technician meet,

trainings etc.

4. Monitor & review MSR Beat for weekly coverage and increase beat productivity

5. Mapping to retailers and ensure stocking of TGP with the help of DSR/ APM

6. Promotion of New Parts/ Focused Parts introduced and increase fitment

7. Resolve technical queries of directly or with the help of Techline

8. Identify the loyal and Garages, ensure coverage for Garage Branding (SOP WIP)

9. Train the MSRs/ regularly and repeatedly

10. Increase mechanics, Re-borers, Key Account satisfaction index

11. Collect competition feedback

Qualifications:

Bachelor/ Diploma in engineering (Mechanical/ Automobile/ Industrial)

Past experience in Retail Sales or Automotive Service/ Parts business – Preferred

Good communication and selling skills

Language – English & Hindi (Required) and local language (Preferred)
