Our company is involved in providing corporate services in different areas. Our company is a 30yrs old established company, with a team size of approximately 1000 persons, promoted by experienced professionals & working with number of well-known company.

Job Description:

Responsible for handling a team of 10-15 executives in the email team

1. Manage Customer Escalations coming via Email / Chat / Contact Centre

2. Cross functional coordination to provide support to team members for closure of service requests

3. Constant follow up within the departments to fix the Customer issues

4. Conduct RCAs and prepare a detailed summary on the escalations handled

5. Prepare reports

6. Regular auditing of the emails handled by the team

7. Ensure delivery of daily and monthly targets as set by the Manager

Desired profile:

1. Graduate in any discipline

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language is a must

3. Must have team handling experience of minimum 2 years in a similar profile
