Our company is involved in providing corporate services in different areas. Our company is a 30 yrs old established company, with a team size of approximately 1000 persons, promoted by experienced professionals & working with number of well-known companies.

Job Description -

• Regularly interact with Clients internal Recruiting team to understand the hiring demand projections.
• Understand the job requisition from the internal Recruiting team.
• Prepare a sourcing strategy based on the technology / skill / complexity of the positions.

Candidate Sourcing

• Partner with the inhouse recruiting team to understand the hiring needs to source the ideal talent.
• Responsible for Talent Mapping and generating talent pools for hard to find skills across functions
• Leverage different tools like Job Boards, LinkedIn, Internal applicant tracking tool to research and reach out to the market to source the best talent pool.
• Be knowledgeable about Clients business
• Experience handling multiple assignments and be proficient in time management.

Candidate Assessment

• Assess each candidate as per the company requirements and will present assessment sheet about each such candidate referred to the Client.

Interview Co-ordination

• Schedule & coordinate the interview process with the internal panel/hiring managers (phone, skype, onsite)
• Co-ordinate with the candidates for interview schedule, directions and additional logistics needed around the interview.
• Co-ordinate with Client Recruiting team and Hiring Managers to ensure speedy completion of the recruitment process to a logical Hire / No-Hire conclusion

Offer Negotiation & Reference checks

• Conduct first-level of compensation negotiation with selected candidates based on guidelines published by the Client (final compensation to be decided by Client’s HR)
• Gather necessary documents from candidates during the salary fitment such as References, last drawn payslips/photo identification proof
• Conduct referral check exercise, prior to release of a formal offer letter
• Follow-up the candidates till the date of joining

Candidate Interview Expense Reimbursement

• Coordinate with outstation candidates to collect necessary documents/bills for interview expense reimbursement

Talent Pools

• Proactive sourcing ahead of the hiring curve to ensure ready pipeline for identified hard to find skills

Vendor Invoice submission

• Submit all vendor hire invoices for processing payment and tracking the payment.

Designation- IT Talent Sourcer

Experience: - 2 to 4 Years

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 10 am to 7pm or 11 am to 8 pm

Job Location: - Powai, Mumbai Location or Work from home as may be decided.

Tenure 6 months’ contract (May be extended based on performance)
