Job Descriptions FTB Operations Officer:
1 Responsible for arrangement of Fresh Advance Lic. From DGFT
Preparation of format for P & C Data and follow up with RMU for P & D data
Preparation of Calculation sheet for fresh adv lic.
Prepare online application if require
To check application when received from service provider
Follow-up for production & consumption certificate with service provider
Co-ordination with service providers for issuance of fresh adv. Lic.
Follow up with DGFT for issuance of Lic. If require
If any DL - fulfil the DL reply
Filling Licence information in the SAP system
Filling Licence information in the Excel (Revised file)
Update Revised file,DHL import file (twice in a week)
Scan licence set & save to respective folder
Preparation of LUT/Bond for customs registration
Follow up with CHA for bond registration
In case of BG preparation of BG & follow-up with RMU for issuance of BG
2 Responsible for arrangement of Amendment / Revalidation/ Extension in Advance Licence
To ensure to arrange revalidation from DGFT on time & to complete all relevant activities (DGFT & custom level) for the same.
Prepare online application if require if any DL - fulfil the DL reply
3 Responsible for arrangement of Invalidation / ARO in Advance Licence
To ensure to arrange ARO / Invalidation from DGFT on time
Prepare online application if require
If any DL - fulfil the DL reply
4 Responsible for redemption of Advance Licence
Checking of Norms from NC on weekly basis & action accordingly
Follow up with NC for Norms fixation thru email/letters
Preparation of Export-Import statement & other statements
Arrangement of S/bs, BOEs & BRC copies (physical copy)
Checking of Redemption application & arrange signed docs if require
Co-ordinate with service provider for submission of redemption application
If any DL - fulfil the DL reply
If excess import - pay the duty with interest to customs & inform to DGFT with documents
Once received Redemption Letter received from DGFT arrange Bond cancellation docs for customs (with S/b & BRC copies if required)
Scan - cancelled Bond with all docs
5 Responsible for DDBR claim
Keep track on Import-Export under DDBR
Arrange DDBR docs & send to service provider for preparation of application
Checking application & follow up with service provider for claim receipt.
6 Responsible for Chpt. 3claim
Monitoring & checking base data
To handle MEIS sale process (start to end)
Qrtly. Reconciliation
7 Responsible for issuance of EPCG lic.
Preparation of Calculation sheet for fresh EPCG lic.
Prepare online application if require
Follow-up with various stake holders for arrangement of document
To check application when received from service provider
Co-ordination with service providers for issuance of fresh EPCG Lic.
Follow up with DGFT for issuance of Lic. If require
If any DL - fulfil the DL reply
Filling Licence information in the SAP system
Scan licence set & save to respective folder
Preparation of LUT/Bond for customs registration

8 Responsible for EPCG lic. Redemption
Monitor Export under EPCG lic.
After fulfilment of export, preparation of Export statement & other relevant statements
Arrangement of export documents (S/B, BRC & BOEs) in physical form
Checking redemption application once received from service provider
Co-ordination with service providers for redemption letter
If any DL - fulfil the DL reply
Once received Redemption Letter received from DGFT arrange Bond cancellation docs for customs (with S/b & BRC copies if required)
Scan - cancelled Bond with all docs
9 Monthly Bills Entry
Bill entry of Das, Akshay, Star & GVP
10 Monthly MIS Report
Preparation of Monthly MIS
Preparation of Monthly CDBR report
11 Trading Material import - co-ordination
Co-ordination with BC team for new PO generation
Co-ordinate with vendor -From PO placed to material receipt at Port
Co-ordinate with import team till material clearance (if require)
Maintain register
12 SAP / System
Scheme Master Updation
DGFT Master updation
Foreign currency Exchange Rates for Advance Lic.
Annexure updation
New reports - UAT (whenever require)
13 Other
Follow up with RMU team & Bank for BRC generation
IEC Modification
ICEGATE - registration / updataion
eLCM updation
Follow up for S/B transmission - Advance Lic
Follow up with Logistic team to resolve issue related to DBK claim
To handle application of Export House Certificate
Benefit return - Back to town shipments
AEO application - data collation
Data preparation - DRI Notice, Custom / DGFT notices
PRC applications
Budget working
To resolve MEIS related queries
Role: Commercial Executive
Experience: 1 to 6yrs
Job Location: - Taloja, Navi Mumbai (Pick and drop facility will be available and Lunch facility)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Office Timings: 9:30am to 5:30pm
