Roles and Responsibilities

Designation - Associate-Talent Acquisition

Location - Fort

Educational Qualifications – MBA/Graduate

Work Experience – 5yrs in executive search firm

Justification -

Leadership Talent on Demand – inhouse sourcing by TA team to reduce dependency of Executive search firms

KRA of third party TA resource

Support DGM TA for groundwork of leadership talent mapping for each BU.

Coordinate with Corp Com to create mailers on business updates which will be shared

with candidates by respective DGM TA

Prepare quarterly leadership talent dashboard which will be shared with ExCom & BU HR Heads by respective DGM TA

TA Dashboard of various TA activities of the month/quarter

Inhouse sourcing of critical positions

Provide scheduling support for niche hiring from non RPO vendor sourcing
