Customer Service and last mile Guru Network Management Market Intelligence: Understand and timely communicate the total local mechanic population, their capabilities, their specific needs, market potential and activities of competition in the territory. Field Visits: Assessing the rural area for Gurus / Retailers / Authorised Channel partners. (Quality, Quantity and Distance) Work on strategy deployed by CSM (Guru Network) in tandem with associated authorized Dealers. Drive for results: Target Vs. Achievement Contacting the Tata Gurus and briefing them on the Bandhu Program based on NEEV shortlisted list (Level 1) Identifying mechanics who are interested to work as Gurus. Physical meeting : Assessing these Tata Gurus for onboarding them to our program Getting the online meeting app on their phone and setting up the virtual meet or in-person Explaining the shortlisted Gurus about the details of the program and convincing them on the benefits of joining it On boarding the selected Tata Gurus with SOPs and welcome calling / meeting Getting the Bandhu App downloaded on their Android phone and training them to use it Daily tracking of Job cards opened and Breakdowns attended on Bandhu app and troubleshooting Daily support on parts supply and replenishment to Gurus Daily support on unresolved Technical issues through Techline Identify and plan specific training Content for Gurus by liaison with training team Circulate training plan to Gurus and ensure adherence to plan Review Job cards and parts consumption growth and support on fulfilling aspirations with capability building with mentorship and coaching Reward and recognition activity plan Setting up meeting calendar and liaison with Dealer principals, TML SSO and regional team for Guru meetings as per calendar Penetration DWM, CAP-Do to be jointly prepared with CSM for review.
People Management Ensure good communication between teams to facilitate exchange of information and in order to implement change and improvements. Be a strong link between Gurus, Authorised Dealer and TML to ensure mutual objectives are met. Provide trainings support to Gurus on special tools, enroll and ensure maximum participation in training programs. Facilitate trainings of new products and tools to ensure Gurus are well prepared.
