We are looking for an HR Operations professional and an ideal candidate should possess below mentioned skills

• 2+ years' experience in HR Operations
• Good English communication skills
• Should be good in Excel (Lookup, pivot etc.)
• On boarding of Candidates; completing documentation
• Should have good knowledge, experience in PF, ESIC, other labour law matters
• Should have good knowledge, experience in Payroll processing,
• Handling Full and final calculations and settlements
• Should be good in inter personal interactions, work well with other team members, stay cool & calm
• Should have open mind & keen interest to learn, build knowledge, skills & capabilities
• Experience of HRMS systems, particularly Zing HRMS will be added advantage

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Estimated Salary CTC : Rs.3 to 6 lakhs

Location: Mumbai
