Roles and Responsibilities

  • Listens to the caller (employee) & understand the request
  • Provides guidance to the employees by referring to the “Available” data
  • Ensures that the inquiry is resolved in a timely manner
  • Follows the set process, steps outlined in the OPL while responding to employees
  • Determines when appropriate to escalate to the Task force team
  • Ensures that calls are responded with Empathy and Care
  • Timely enter the required information into the Database
  • Update & review information in the research Database
  • Adhoc Projects, like data management, reporting etc.
